Filtering Lists
Every list in EOS Hub -- Issues, Rocks, To-Dos, Meetings, the Scorecard, and the lists in Organization settings, Platform administration and your own Settings -- has the same filter bar above it. It filters the rows already on the page, so the list changes while you type.
Search
The search box finds the rows whose text contains what you type. It ignores upper and lower case and diacritics: riesi finds rieši, pricing finds Pricing. Which texts it looks in depends on the list -- see Filters per List. The Meetings list has no search box.
Facets
Next to the search box are filter buttons, called facets -- for example Status, Owner or Priority. Click one to open its options. Each option has a checkbox and a number: how many rows you would see if you ticked it, together with the other filters you have set. Options with 0 are greyed out. A facet with a long list of options (eight or more, such as many owners) has its own search box.
How filters combine:
- Several options in one facet show the rows that match any of them. Status Open and Solving shows both open and solving issues.
- Several facets show the rows that match all of them. Status Open and Priority High shows only the open issues with high priority.
- The search works like one more facet: a row must match it as well.
The button of a facet in use is highlighted and shows how many of its options are ticked.
Active Filters
Below the bar, every active filter is a chip -- for example Status: Open, or the search text in quotes. Click the × on a chip to remove that one filter. Next to the chips:
- 12 of 40 -- how many rows are shown out of all the rows of the list
- Clear all -- removes the search and every facet at once
Filters Are Part of the Address
The filters are stored in the page address, for example …/issues?tab=short-term&status=OPEN,SOLVING&q=pricing. This means:
- Reloading the page keeps the filters.
- You can bookmark a filtered list or send the link to a colleague, who sees the same filters (with their own access rights).
- Other parts of the address, such as the tab you are on, stay as they are.
Changing a filter replaces the address instead of adding a step to the browser history, so Back leaves the page rather than undoing the last filter. Values in a link that the list does not know (for example a team that was deleted) are ignored.
When Nothing Matches
If no row matches the filters, the list says Nothing matches these filters and offers Clear filters. A list that is empty to begin with shows its usual empty message instead.
Sorting
In tables with sortable columns (for example Issues, To-Dos, the Rocks table, organization members, platform users and organizations, API keys and connected AI apps), the column headers show arrows. Click a header to sort by that column, click it again to reverse the order. Issues are sorted by priority at first.
The sort order is not part of the address: a reload restores the list's default order.
On Phones
- The search box takes the full width, and a single Filters button replaces the facet buttons. With facets in use it reads Filters (2). It opens all facets in a panel from the bottom of the screen, with Clear all and a button showing 12 of 40 that closes the panel.
- The active filter chips appear below the bar, as on a computer.
- Tables become cards: one card per row, with the title on top, the details below it, and the ⋯ actions menu on the right -- no sideways scrolling. The cards keep the list's order; sorting by column headers needs a wider screen.
- Grids where the columns matter -- the Scorecard weeks, the People Analyzer, and the Scorecard step of a meeting -- keep scrolling sideways, with the first column (the measurable or the person) fixed so you always know which row you are in.

| Rocks | title | status, owner, level, overdue milestones |
| To-Dos | title | status, owner, due (overdue / this week / later) |
| Meetings | -- | status, period (this month / last 3 months / this year) |
| Scorecard | measurable | owner, this week (met / missed / no value) |
| Organization members | name, email | role, team, sign-in (password / Google) |
| Organization teams | name | leadership (yes / no) |
| Platform users | name, email | system role, organization |
| Platform organizations | name | status, AI assistants (on / off) |

| Connected AI apps | app | app |
A few details:
- Issues filter within the Short-term or Long-term tab you are on. The status facet replaces the former All / Open / Solving / Solved tabs.
- Rocks filter within the quarter you chose; the quarter and year pickers stay as they are. Overdue milestones keeps the Rocks with an unfinished milestone past its due date.
- To-Dos: this week means due by the end of the current week in your time zone.
- Meetings: last 3 months is this month and the two before it; this year is the calendar year.
- Scorecard: this week judges the value of the current week against the goal, the same way the cell is coloured.
- The Settings page holds two filtered lists, API keys and connected AI apps; each keeps its own filters.
