The side menu stays short however many teams an organization has.

Features

Team switcher in the side menu instead of a list of every team with its pages: the current team's pages sit right under it, always in the same place.
The switcher lists My teams first (the leadership team on top), then Other teams you see through your organization role, and searches from six teams on. Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) opens it from anywhere; switching keeps the page.
Outside a team the side menu keeps the team you visited last in the organization.
The top bar's team menu uses the same list.
The organization dashboard is now called Company overview.
