v1.5 Changelog
Released: October 2026
The "terminology" release: every organization chooses whether the app speaks EOS (Rocks, L10 meetings, V/TO…) or uses neutral names (Goals, Weekly meetings, Vision & Strategy…).
Highlights
- Terminology packs: EOS or Neutral, per organization, in English and Slovak
- Organization settings > General > Terminology: switch for all members at once
- The product name and the default pack are configurable for the whole platform
Features
Terminology
- Every methodology term in the app comes from one glossary: Rocks, L10 meetings, IDS, V/TO, Accountability Chart, People Analyzer, Measurables, Segue, GWC, Core Focus, 10-Year Target, 3-Year Picture, Traction and the Implementer role.
- EOS keeps the original EOS terms. Neutral uses Goals, Weekly meetings, Issue solving, Vision & Strategy, Responsibility chart, People review, Metrics, Good news, Fit, Focus, Long-term target, 3-year vision, Execution and Coach.
- Owners and Admins choose the pack in Organization settings > General > Terminology, or leave the platform default. The REST API (
PATCH /api/v1/orgs/{orgId}, fieldterminology) can change it too. - A member of several organizations sees each organization's terms after switching.
- Platform > Organizations shows each organization's terminology.
Configuration
PRODUCT_NAMEsets the product name shown in the app (defaultEOS Hub).DEFAULT_TERMINOLOGY(eosorneutral) sets the pack of organizations that haven't chosen one.
Improvements
- The sign-in page is translated into Slovak.
- Slovak texts use the EOS terms consistently (for example L10 porady, Accountability Chart, People Analyzer); the Slovak descriptive names are the neutral pack.
Upgrade Notes
- One database migration runs automatically on start (the organization's terminology).
- Nothing changes for existing organizations: they use the platform default, which is EOS.
