v1.1 Changelog

Released: October 2026

A feature and fixes release focused on running L10 Meetings by the book, editing everything you create, and consistent, server-enforced permissions.

Highlights

  • Record past meetings and correct meeting times
  • EOS-style meeting ratings: whole numbers 1--10, averaged only over people who rated
  • Edit measurables, Rocks, milestones, issues, and to-dos
  • A single permission matrix enforced on the server for every team role

Features

L10 Meetings

  • Record a past meeting -- the New Meeting dialog has an Already happened switch to enter the date, start time, and duration (1--600 minutes). The meeting is saved as completed.
  • Meeting details panel on completed meetings shows the start and duration; ADMIN/OWNER can use Edit time to fix meetings that show 0 minutes or were left running.
  • Ratings follow EOS -- whole numbers from 1 to 10 (target 8+). The average counts only people who actually rated and is shown as e.g. 8.5 · 5/6 rated.
  • Rating window -- members can rate during the meeting and after it ends, until the team's next meeting starts (at most 7 days; for a recorded past meeting, from when it was entered). ADMIN/OWNER can set or correct anyone's rating and mark members absent at any time. A meeting must be started before anyone can rate it.
  • To-Do Review shows the team's open to-dos plus those completed since the previous meeting, with the completion percentage (EOS target: 90%).
  • IDS works the team's whole open issues list by priority, not only issues created in that meeting. To-dos created when solving an issue get a suggested due date 7 days out.
  • Warn at minute team setting (Admin > Teams): the countdown turns red from that minute of the meeting (default 80 of 90). It must be smaller than the meeting duration.
  • Only ADMIN/OWNER (and superadmins) can create meetings.

See L10 Meetings.

Scorecard

  • Edit a measurable's title, description, goal, unit, and owner via the ⋯ menu > Edit.
  • Reorder measurables with Move up / Move down.
  • Deleting a measurable asks for confirmation and removes its weekly values.
  • Only ADMIN/OWNER manage measurables; MEMBERs enter weekly values; VIEWERs have read-only access.

See Scorecard.

Rocks

  • Edit a Rock's title, description, owner, quarter/year, and level (Company level only on the leadership team).
  • Edit and delete milestones.
  • Rock status and milestones can be updated by the Rock's owner or an ADMIN/OWNER.
  • Deletes ask for confirmation.
  • Company Rocks shown on another team's page are managed on the owning team's page.

See Rocks.

Issues and To-Dos

  • Edit issues (title, description, priority) and to-dos (title, owner, due date).
  • New to-dos default to a 7-day due date.
  • MEMBERs can create and edit; deleting is ADMIN/OWNER only and asks for confirmation.

See Issues and To-Dos.

People Analyzer

  • The quarter selector now really switches quarters and is kept in the URL.
  • Evaluations are saved to the selected quarter.

See People Analyzer.

Permissions

  • One permission matrix for all team roles (VIEWER < MEMBER < ADMIN < OWNER); SUPERADMIN can do everything.
  • All checks are enforced on the server.
  • Only superadmins see Create Team.

See User Management.

Why no half-point ratings?

EOS rates meetings with whole numbers from 1 to 10 (target 8+). The average is shown with one decimal and now includes only people who actually rated.

Upgrade from v1.0

There are no database schema changes. One setting changed meaning: Warn at minute used to mean "minutes remaining" and now means "from this minute of the meeting". Existing values below half of the meeting duration (for example 5 for a 20-minute meeting) are converted automatically during the upgrade (5 becomes 15); the default of 80 for a 90-minute meeting is unchanged. Check the value in Admin > Teams if your team uses a custom setting.
