v1.11 Changelog

Released: October 2026

The "identity" release: EOS Hub gets its own mark, colors and typefaces, a new login page, app icons and illustrated empty lists. A deployment with its own product name shows that name everywhere.

Highlights

  • Own mark: a ring of four quarters, the quarterly rhythm, around a centre dot, with the first quarter in honey
  • Brand colors: the default color scheme is now pine green with a honey accent, in light and dark mode
  • New login page: a split screen with the brand on wide screens, just the form on phones
  • App icons: a favicon, an Apple touch icon and icons for "Add to Home Screen"
  • Illustrated empty lists: small drawings instead of icons when a list has nothing in it yet

Features

Mark and Wordmark

  • The mark is a ring of four quarters around a centre dot. The first quarter is honey; the rest follows the color scheme.
  • Next to it is the wordmark: the product name from PRODUCT_NAME (default EOS Hub). A renamed deployment shows its own name everywhere:
    • the login page, the side menu, onboarding, the AI assistant consent page and About;
    • the web app manifest;
    • the MCP server's title and instructions, and the OAuth resource name shown in AI connectors.
  • The organization switcher shows the mark on a small tile instead of the building icon.

See Brand.

Colors

  • The Default color scheme is the brand: pine green with a honey accent, in light and dark mode. Before, it was black and grey.
  • Rose, Lavender, Mint, Peach and Sky stay as they were.
  • The mark follows the chosen scheme; the honey quarter stays in every scheme.
  • Status colors (good, bad, needs attention, information, neutral) are unchanged.

See Color Schemes.

Typefaces

  • Headings and the wordmark use Schibsted Grotesk, all other text Source Sans 3.
  • Both are served by the app itself and include Slovak diacritics.

Login Page

  • On wide screens the login page is split. On the left is a deep pine panel with the brand, the sentence Run your business on … (the method's name follows the organization's terminology) and a short line about meetings, scorecard, rocks and issues. On the right is the sign-in form.
  • On phones only the form is shown, under the brand.
  • Onboarding, the No organization yet page and the AI assistant consent page use the same card with the brand on top.

App Icons

  • A favicon with the mark, with its own colors when the browser uses a dark theme.
  • An Apple touch icon and 192 px / 512 px icons for "Add to Home Screen", listed in the web app manifest.
  • After changing the mark, regenerate the icons with node scripts/brand/render-icons.mjs. See Icons.

Empty Lists

  • Small illustrations drawn from the mark now appear on empty lists: Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, Meetings, Scorecard, Documents, the Accountability Chart, the People Analyzer, and Nothing matches these filters.
  • They work in every color scheme and in dark mode.

Documentation

  • This documentation site uses the same mark and brand color.

Changes

  • The meeting countdown in the top bar shows only the remaining time on phones.
  • AI assistants: the MCP server's title, its instructions and the meeting-preparation prompt name the product from PRODUCT_NAME, and so does the OAuth resource name. The tools and their inputs and outputs are unchanged.
  • No change to the REST API.

Upgrade Notes

  • No database migration.
  • If PRODUCT_NAME is set, AI connectors (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code) show that name after the update instead of EOS Hub. Existing connections keep working.
