v1.12 Changelog
Released: October 2026
The "dashboards" release: the team dashboard and the company dashboard are redesigned around four pillars -- Scorecard, Rocks, To-Dos and Meetings -- each measured against its EOS target and combined into one pulse. The figures now describe how a team is doing now, not over all time.
Highlights
- Pulse ring: a ring in the shape of the brand mark, one quarter per pillar, filled to its value and coloured against its target, with the pulse in the centre
- Pillar tiles: value, target, an 8-week sparkline and the change against 4 weeks earlier
- Cards with views: Scorecard, Rocks, Meetings and Flow, each with a switch between several charts of the same data
- Needs attention and Wins: what to act on and what to celebrate, each item linking to its page
- New company dashboard: company pulse, a card per team, teams side by side, company Rocks, the week's meetings and attention across teams
Features
Pillars and Pulse
- Four pillars, each from 0 to 100 with a target and a status (green, amber, red):
- Scorecard -- share of measurables on track this week (last week if nothing is entered yet); target 80 %.
- Rocks -- share of this quarter's Rocks on track or done; target 80 %.
- To-Dos -- share of the To-Dos due in the last 4 weeks that were done by their due date; target 90 %.
- Meetings -- average rating of the last 4 rated meetings; target 8+.
- The pulse is the mean of the pillars that have data. A pillar without data is left out, not counted as zero.
See The Four Pillars.
Team Dashboard
- Pulse ring and four pillar tiles with value, target, an 8-week sparkline, the change against 4 weeks earlier and what the value counts.
- Scorecard card: Trend (weekly share on track against the 80 % line), Grid (measurables × 13 weeks, green or red) and Streaks (current run of weeks on track or missed, and the hit rate).
- Rocks this quarter card with the quarter clock (week n of 13, days left): Status (donut), People (Rocks per owner) and Milestones (per Rock, with overdue milestones).
- Meetings card: Rating (with the 8+ zone and the average), Duration (against the planned length; overruns of more than 10 % in amber) and Attendance.
- Flow card: To-Dos (by due week: on time, late, open), Issues (raised against solved per week) and Backlog (open issues by priority, short-term and long-term, with their average age).
- The chosen view of each card is remembered in the browser.
- Needs attention: off-track Rocks, measurables missed 2+ weeks in a row, overdue To-Dos, and High-priority issues open more than 14 days.
- Wins: Rocks done, measurables on track 4+ weeks in a row, and issues solved and To-Dos done in the last 7 days.
See Team Dashboard.

- Teams side by side: a switch between pulse, Scorecard, Rocks, To-Dos and rating, shown as sorted bars with the target line.
- Company Rocks: a list with team, owner, status and milestones.

Phones
- On the team dashboard the ring sits on top with the pillar tiles two by two; the Scorecard grid scrolls sideways with the measurable column fixed.
- On the company dashboard everything stands in one column, and This week lists only today and the days with a meeting.
Changes
- The dashboards no longer count over all history: Rock Progress (all Rocks ever), Completion Rate (all To-Dos ever) and Open Issues are replaced by the pillars and the Flow card.
- The per-measurable line chart, the Recent Activity lists of To-Dos and Issues on the team dashboard, and the summary cards and Recent Activity of the company dashboard are replaced by the new cards, Needs attention and Wins.
- The cascading messages ticker stays on the team dashboard.
- No change to the REST API or the AI assistant (MCP) tools.
Upgrade Notes
- No database migration.
