v1.9 Changelog

Released: October 2026

The "design system" release: every list can be searched and filtered, tables work on phones without sideways scrolling, and status colors mean the same thing everywhere.

Highlights

  • Filters on every list: search plus filter buttons with counts, removable chips, and the filters kept in the page address -- on Issues, Rocks, To-Dos, Meetings, the Scorecard, and the lists of organization settings, platform administration and your settings
  • Tables on phones: list tables turn into one card per row -- title on top, details below, actions on the right
  • Consistent look: status colors with a fixed meaning in every color scheme, the same form fields everywhere, and searchable pickers for time zones and people

Features

Filtering Lists

  • A search box that ignores case and diacritics: riesi finds rieši.
  • Facets -- filter buttons such as Status, Owner or Priority. Each opens a list of checkboxes with the number of rows every option would leave. Several values in one facet mean any of them; several facets mean all of them.
  • Active filters show as chips, each removable with ×, next to Clear all and 12 of 40.
  • The filters are part of the page address: a link or a reload keeps them. Other parts of the address, such as the Issues tab, stay as they are.
  • On phones a single Filters (n) button opens all facets in a panel from the bottom of the screen.
  • When nothing matches, the list says so and offers Clear filters.

Sortable Tables

  • Tables such as Issues, To-Dos, the Rocks table, organization members, platform users and organizations, API keys and connected AI apps sort by a click on a column header; a second click reverses the order.

Tables on Phones

  • List tables become one card per row on phones: the title on top, the details below, and the ⋯ actions menu on the right, with no sideways scrolling.
  • Grids -- the Scorecard weeks, the People Analyzer, and the Scorecard step of a meeting -- keep scrolling sideways, with the first column fixed.

Consistent Look

  • Status colors have the same meaning in every color scheme, in light and dark mode: green = good (On Track, Met, Solved, Active), red = bad (Off Track, Missed, High priority, Suspended, Revoked), amber = attention (Medium priority, Solving, Expired, the meeting's warning time), blue = information (Done, Low priority), grey = neutral (Open, Scheduled). A color scheme changes only the accent colors. See Status Colors.
  • The text always names the status, so color is never the only signal.
  • Form fields -- text boxes, selects, checkboxes -- look the same everywhere.
  • Searchable pickers: type to find a time zone, or a person as owner or assignee (Rocks, To-Dos, measurables, To-Dos created in IDS, Accountability Chart seats, adding a member to a team).

Changes

  • Issues: the status tabs (All / Open / Solving / Solved) are replaced by the Status filter; the Short-term and Long-term tabs stay. The Priority ↑ toggle is replaced by sortable column headers -- the list is still sorted by priority at first. See Issues.
  • To-Dos: the tabs (All / Pending / Completed / Overdue) are replaced by the Status, Owner and Due filters. See To-Dos.
  • Rocks: the filters act within the chosen quarter; the quarter and year pickers stay as they are.
  • The meeting countdown turns amber (it was red) when the meeting reaches its warning time; overtime stays pulsing red.
  • The meeting timer buttons have proper names for screen readers, and the dashboard badges show translated statuses.
  • No change to the REST API or the MCP server.

Upgrade Notes

  • No database migration.
