v1.7 Changelog
Released: October 2026
The "L10 meeting" release: ratings stay private until they are revealed, meetings get shared notes, and every completed meeting has a recap to copy or print.
Highlights
- Hidden ratings: during the meeting everyone rates privately; the facilitator reveals all ratings at once
- Below 8 -- say why: low ratings are highlighted after the reveal, as EOS asks
- Meeting notes: written by the facilitator, saved as they type, read by the team
- Recap: to-dos, issues solved and raised, headlines, messages and notes -- copy as text or print
Features
Ratings
- While a meeting runs, you see your own rating and, for the others, only whether they rated. The average stays hidden.
- Team Admins and Owners click Reveal ratings; then everyone sees all ratings and the average.
- After the reveal, ratings below 8 are highlighted with Below 8 -- say why.
- Completed meetings always show the ratings, including later ones.
- The REST API and the MCP server hide the others' ratings the same way (
ratingsHidden);POST /api/v1/meetings/{id}/reveal-ratingsreveals them.
Notes
- Every meeting has a Notes card under the agenda: Admins and Owners write, the notes are saved as they type, everyone reads.
PATCH /api/v1/meetings/{id}with{ "notes": "…" }writes them.
Recap
- A completed meeting starts with a Recap: duration, average rating, new to-dos with owners and due dates, issues solved during the meeting and raised in it, headlines, cascading messages and notes.
- Copy as text for an e-mail or chat, Print / PDF prints only the recap.
GET /api/v1/meetings/{id}/recapreturns the same data.
Changes
- The unused participant-rating table was removed. EOS rates the meeting, not the participants; people are rated in the People Analyzer.
Upgrade Notes
- One database migration runs automatically on start (ratings reveal; removal of the unused participant ratings).
