v1.23 Changelog

Released: October 2026

Running the L10 Meeting, from a team's feedback after a real meeting.

Features

L10 Meetings

  • The meeting keeps its place. The facilitator's segment and the segments marked Done are saved: leaving the meeting (another page, a closed tab, a reload) and coming back opens it where you left off. Participants open it at the facilitator's segment.
  • Overtime per segment. Each segment's clock starts when the facilitator enters it and, past its time box, shows how much over it is (−04:23, in red). The agenda shows the time each segment has used. IDS gets the rest of the team's meeting length.
  • A forgotten meeting ends itself 2 hours after its planned end (or after the facilitator's last move, if later); its details say so, so you can check the times. See L10 Meetings.
  • Whose headline: the facilitator picks whose headline it is when adding it, and can change it later.
  • Add To-Do right in the To-Do Review.

Scorecard

  • The owner comes first, before the measurable, and both columns stay in place while the weeks scroll -- in the Scorecard and in the meeting's Scorecard Review.

API

  • PATCH /headlines/{id} takes userId (whose headline it is; facilitators).
