v1.19 Changelog

Released: October 2026

A completed meeting can be corrected, and its summary is shorter.

Features

Correcting a Completed Meeting

  • Edit record (team Admins and Owners) opens a completed meeting for corrections: segues, headlines, cascading messages, the Rock reports and attendance, the Scorecard values of the meeting's week, to-dos and issues work as during the meeting. Finish editing closes it.
  • Segues, headlines (text and kind) and cascading messages have a ⋯ menu with Edit and Delete -- for their author during the meeting and while the rating window is open, for Admins at any time.
  • A meeting changed after it was run shows Edited with the date and the person.
  • Delete meeting (⋯ in the meetings list and the meeting's header) removes a meeting created by mistake; to-dos and issues raised in it stay.

Completed Meetings

  • The details show the ratings in one line; ratings are changed in the Conclude step.
  • The recap and the notes show Markdown formatted (bold, lists, links).
  • The New meeting and Edit time forms fit a phone screen.

Scorecard

  • The columns are headed by the week number (W27) like the Rocks progress view; the dates are in the tooltip.

API and AI Assistants

  • DELETE /meetings/{id}; PATCH/DELETE /segues/{id}, PATCH/DELETE /headlines/{id}, PATCH /messages/{id}; DELETE /messages/{id} follows the same rights. Meetings have correctedAt and correctedBy, the recap corrected.
  • MCP server 1.13.0: the assistant can correct these entries through write_api.
