v1.18 Changelog
Released: October 2026
Rocks get a weekly history, and the meeting makes sure every Rock is reported.
Features
Weekly Rock Reports
- Every Rock gets one report a week -- On Track, Off Track or Done, with an optional note. The Rock's status is its newest report.
- A report made outside the meeting counts for this week, or for next week once this week's meeting is over, so owners can report in advance.
- ? marks a week nobody knew: the owner missed the meeting and hadn't reported.
Progress View
- A third view on the Rocks page: the quarter week by week, like the spreadsheet teams used -- a Rock per row, a week per column, with ● on track, ◆ off track, ✓ done, – not reported and ? unknown.
- A week's details: who reported it and when, the note; reporting or correcting a week from there.
- Reported Rocks per week and a quarter summary per Rock. Cards show the weeks as small squares.
Rock Review in the Meeting
- Shows the Rocks of the meeting's quarter (it used to show every quarter).
- Attendance: the facilitator marks who is absent right there; an absent owner's Rock without a report is unknown (?).
- Buttons On Track / Off Track / Done for the meeting's week, the last 4 weeks, a note, and "Add as an issue" for Off Track Rocks.
- Conclude warns about Rocks still waiting for a report; the meeting can end anyway.
Scorecard
- The Scorecard heads its weeks with the week number (W27) like the Rocks progress view; the dates are in the tooltip.
