The People Analyzer works the EOS way.

Features

The EOS scale. Core values are rated +, +/− or −, G, W and C yes or no -- a click on a cell moves to the next one. A cell nobody has rated is shown as not rated, never as a bad rating.
The bar. Your company sets how many +/− a right person may have (no − ever passes). Right Person and Right Seat show yes, no, or not rated yet.
Notes on each person per quarter.
Team view for the team's Admins: everyone's ratings for the quarter, per evaluator, with their notes.
History: your results per person over the last eight quarters.
Quick clicks one after another are all saved; the quarter follows your time zone, and future quarters are no longer offered.
Renaming a core value on the V/TO keeps its ratings.

Behaviour change: GET /teams/{teamId}/people-reviews (and list_people_reviews) returns a member's own reviews only; the team's Admins still read everyone's.
PeopleReview gains coreValues ("+", "+/-", "-"); gwc values may be null. PUT takes coreValues (the old coreValuesScores booleans still work).
Company vision: peopleBar (read and PATCH), and renames on a coreValues change moves the ratings to the new names.
