Monitoring for the people who run EOS Hub. Nothing changes in the app itself.

Operations

Health check: GET /api/health answers 200 while the app and its database work, 503 otherwise -- for uptime monitors.
Error reports: errors from the server and the browser can go to a Sentry-compatible error tracker such as Better Stack (SENTRY_DSN). No tracing, no session replay, users by id only.
Logs: in production the server logs one JSON line per entry; an optional logs service ships the app's and database's logs to Better Stack.
Heartbeat: the job that ends forgotten meetings reports each run (HEARTBEAT_URL), so a stopped job raises an alert.
